VIDEO: GBN joins EEN B2B Networking Event -                           GBN Systems

wallonia-regionThe European Commission is supporting companies and regions that have suffered from the economic crisis over the last years and have shown signs of recovery.

To help SME Small Medium Enterprises European Commission Vice President Antonio Tajani is promoting the Europe 2020 Mission for Growth. A new program COSME has been started. A 2,3 billion EUR program for SMEs. It aims to address the main challenges SMEs are currently facing.

One major factor are several pan European networking events. Medical device specialist GBN Systems from Bavaria has a 25 years experience in performing mechatronics and is therefore open for future collaboration with European partners.

GBN Systems joined this matchmaking opportunity at La Louviére, Belgium. A total of 500 represantatives from over 35 countries have joined the event at the exhibition venue of LOUVEXPO. During bilateral sessions participants cought opportunities to share their knowledge and networks in the fields of aeronautics and space, mechanical industry, biotechnology and life science, transport and logistics as well as in the creative industry.

An intense and interesting exkursion took our GBN Systems represantative Harry Flint, Head of Marketing & Business Developemt to the Biopark Charleroi Brussels South, a center of innovation through partnerships. The ULB Univerité Libre des Bruxelles and Umons Univerité de Mons hold a strategic Biopark collaboration with several ULB spinoffs, health and biotech companies as well as partnering institutions.

The onsite achievements in research, development and target driven results have shown one good example on where the future of Europe´s assets could be.

In summary GBN Systems takes home a broad view of Benelux potential in many areas of technology.
