🎄 Jahresabschlussfeier bei GBN Systems 🎄
Wer tagsüber gemeinsam anpackt, kann abends auch gemeinsam feiern – genau das hat das Team von GBN Systems bei der diesjährigen Weihnachtsfeier gezeigt.
In entspannter Atmosphäre ließ sich das Team des mechatronischen Gerätebauers kulinarisch verwöhnen – begleitet von bester Stimmung und vielen guten Gesprächen.
In seiner Ansprache blickte Mike Selmeier auf ein ereignisreiches Jahr zurück: auf gemeinsame Erfolge, aber auch auf die Hürden. Die Hürden, die durch das Engagement, Loyalität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Kreativität jedes einzelnen Team-Kollegen bewältigt wurden.
Gleichzeitig gab es einen motivierenden Ausblick auf das kommende Jahr.
Natürlich durften auch unsere Traditionen nicht fehlen: Die neu dazugekommenen Mitarbeiter stellen sich auf der Weihnachtsfeier mit einem kleinen Gesangsbeitrag vor – sehr zur Freude des gesamten Teams. 🙂
Diesmal legte Max aus der Entwicklungsabteilung kühn und mutig ein Solo hin. Seine melodische Darbietung von „Es wird scho glei dumpa“ motivierte viele Kollegen gleich mit einzusteigen und eine besinnliche Stimmung zu kreieren.
Außerdem werden hier immer langjährige Jubiläen geehrt und für die Treue und Engagement belohnt. Diesmal hatte Sibylle ihr 10-Jähriges und ein kleines Präsent repräsentierte die Wertschätzung Ihrer guten Arbeit.
Ein gelungener Abend, der einmal mehr gezeigt hat:

🎄 Christmas party at GBN Systems 🎄
Those who work together during the day can also celebrate together in the evening – and that’s exactly what the GBN Systems team demonstrated at this year’s Christmas party.
In a relaxed atmosphere, the team from the mechatronic device manufacturer enjoyed culinary delights—accompanied by a great atmosphere and lots of good conversation.
In his speech, Mike Selmeier looked back on an eventful year: on joint successes, but also on the hurdles. The hurdles that were overcome thanks to the commitment, loyalty, dedication, and creativity of each individual team member.
At the same time, there was a motivating outlook for the coming year.
Of course, our traditions couldn’t be left out: the new employees introduced themselves at the Christmas party with a little song – much to the delight of the entire team. 🙂
This time, Max from the development department boldly and courageously performed a solo. His melodic rendition of “Es wird scho glei dumpa” motivated many colleagues to join in and create a contemplative atmosphere.
In addition, long-standing anniversaries are always honored here and rewarded for their loyalty and commitment. This time, Sibylle celebrated her 10th anniversary and received a small gift in recognition of her good work.
A successful evening that demonstrated once again:
